NSH Teleconference Series

How Does it Work?
NSH teleconferences are a great, inexpensive way to provide continuing education to a large number of employees. The cost for each teleconference is the same regardless of the number of attendees. Teleconference packets include a set of instructions, handout materials, evaluation form and an attendee sign-in sheet for contact hours. The one hour teleconference is usually held the fourth Wednesday of the month, beginning at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.  Occassionally, due to holidays, it may be the third Wednesday of the month.

Do Teleconference Qualify for Contact Hours?
Teleconference attendees receive one (1) contact hour for participation in a Teleconference. Attendees must sign in on the NSH provided sign in sheet and the sign in sheet must be returned to NSH via fax or email.  An audio CD of the teleconference is also provided to each participating Lab. Along with the CD you will receive a four question, multiple choice test. Individuals unable to participate on the day of the conference may review the material, complete the test and return it to NSH for 1 contact hour. The test may be duplicated for additional use. This method of earning contact hours is valid for two years from the original date of the teleconference.
