Application Deadline

Applications for 2021 are now open! Applications close June 4th.  

Required Materials

Only complete applications will be reviewed. All applications for this scholarship must contain:

  1. Scholarship form,

  2. At least two letters of recommendations,
    • Each letter of recommendation should outline the applicant’s commitment to excellence in IHC.
    • If the individual writing your letter of recommendation wishes the letter to be confidential, please ask them to email it directly to natalie@nsh.org.

    • Please note, if your letters of recommendations are being emailed - they must be received by the closing date, June 4, 2021.

  3. A one page narrative that describes the applicant's current achievements in the discipline of IHC and her/his goals for standardization implementation,

  4. CV/Resume.

How to Apply

  1. Download the scholarship form.

    • Be sure the entire scholarship form is filled out.

  2. Using the Application Portal, upload the required materials.

  3. Once all required materials are uploaded to the Application Form, click Submit.
