Presented by Nicole Anne Konop Leon, HTL(ASCP), BS, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI
This webinar will focus on troubleshooting artifacts
that show up on H&E stained slides. There are so many variables in Histology that can lead to staining artifacts. It can take days, weeks and even months to resolve an issue. Patience is a virtue.
Using specific examples I've witnessed in my career, I will show stained slide artifacts and explain the process used to come to a resolution. After this webinar you will have a better understanding
of troubleshooting and will know where to begin the next time a staining artifact shows up on your H&E slide.
