Presenters Olivia Mouch, BS, HT(ASCP), and Olivia Hoppe, BS, HTL(ASCP), share their distinct journeys—from marine biology and hands-on learning to a conventional academic background—and how these experiences led them to roles as Applications Specialists. Attendees will gain insight into the diverse routes to certification, the value of varied perspectives in the lab, and the wide range of career opportunities available to histotechnicians beyond traditional laboratory roles.
