Continuing Education Cerftificates are mailed to each attendee or participant following an NSH approved event. These events include the NSH Annual Symposium/Convention, NSH Teleconferences, state approved meetings and additional offerings listed on the NSH website.

NSH members can also print event certificates or cumulative certificates through the My NSH portion of this website.

Non Members

If you are not a member of NSH and you would like an additional copy of an event certificate or a cumlative transcript you may request one. The cost is $100.00 per transcript for the current calendar year and $160.00 per transcript for multiple years.
