This committee shall be responsible for ensuring harmony with the corporate law of the State of Virginia and receive, process and make recommendations to the House of Delegates on all proposed changes to the Bylaws. This committee shall maintain the standing rules and suggest house rules which will facilitate smooth functioning of the House of Delegates.
