The Budget and Finance committee is responsible for preparing and overseeing the NSH annual budget. Duties include preparing and presenting a yearly budget to the Board of Directors for approval; advising the BOD about methods to increase revenue and control expenditures; general oversight of all fiscal aspects of NSH.
If you are interested in the workings of NSH, the Budget & Finance Committee gives you the opportunity to learn where the revenue is generated and how the funds are spent. Committee members are encouraged to suggest methods of increasing revenue and to question expenditure of funds.
